Volunteers Administration Staff

Volunteers Administration staff are responsible for tracking volunteer hours and shifts while communicating departmental and convention needs within and outside the Volunteers Department.

Responsibilities

  • •Uses a database to input and capture volunteer hours and shift information
  • •Sends volunteers to their assigned shifts, liaising with the Operations team
  • •Responds to new requests for volunteers at the convention
  • •Ensures accurate and organized record-keeping Communicates via radio to other teams and departments at Anime Boston
  • •Helps with setup, breakdown, and other department-wide tasks

All staff members are also required to adhere to the Staff Guidelines.
