Operations Office Manager

The Operations Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the Operations Office, its staff, and assisting the Director of Operations with projects as needed. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Ensuring the Operations Office is fully staffed and training new staff
- Oversees the building of the Operations staff guide
- Assists with convention set up where needed, including placement of special signage and the Operations Office
- Plans and executes ticketing for special events as needed
- Assists with management of overflow hotel blocks
- Assists with customer service in the Operations Office and also over the Operations e-mail

All staff members are also required to adhere to the Staff Guidelines.
