Emergency Manager

The Emergency Manager’s role is to facilitate a response in the event of an emergency during the convention. This role operates in concert with, not in the place of the leadership of the convention. Only in cases where an immediate response is critical to ensure the well-being of Anime Boston’s community will the Emergency Manager fill a leadership role. In all other active phases, the Emergency Manager is a coordinator of response efforts.

All staff members are also required to adhere to the Staff Guidelines.
