At-Con Registration Customer Service Staff
At-Con Registration Customer Service staff are responsible for staffing the Customer Service Booth within Anime Boston Registration during the convention. During this time, they will assist attendees who are having issues relating to their registrations, whether general (policies, etc.) or specific (determining a person's registration and payment status).
As with all Registration staff, At-Con Registration Customer Service staff may be asked to assist with routine operations of the Division, specifically:
- Taking registration information and payment at-con
- Taking registration information and payment at pre-registration events around the Boston area and at other conventions, as able.
- Checking ID and issuing badges to preregistered attendees at the convention.
As At-Con Registration Customer Service staff have access to confidential attendee records and responsibility for payments, an applicant's references and experience must recommend this trust. Experience in dealing with the public, as well as patience in answering questions, are required.
All staff members are also required to adhere to the Staff Guidelines.
